What even is this? You may be able to use the torso as a base Mayday Parker or Jennifer Justice, but as is the figure doesn't seem to based on anything.

Biography:

Spider-Girl, also known as Anya Corazon, is a Marvel Comics superheroine. First appearing in *Amazing Fantasy* #1 (2004), Anya wasn't originally related to Peter Parker but became a Spider-Woman through a mystical encounter.

She gained her powers after being mortally wounded and receiving a mystical spider tattoo from the Spider Society. This granted her enhanced strength, speed, agility, and the ability to adhere to surfaces. She later developed the power to form an exoskeleton, further enhancing her abilities.

Unlike some alternate reality Spider-Girls, Anya exists within the main Marvel Universe (Earth-616). She has been a member of various superhero teams, including the Young Allies and the Secret Avengers, establishing herself as a distinct and capable hero in her own right.
